Should you choose Digest or Immediate delivery mode?

With the Immediate mode you will receive each message as it is posted. Realtalk often posts over 100 messages per day. With an understanding of good eMail management techniques, handling this amount of messages can be done very efficiently with filters and folders.

With the Digest mode, you will receive two large messages per day, each one containing a string of individual messages.
