Setting Up Your Netscape Messenger Signature File

To add a signature to your Messenger, select “Preferences” from the “Edit” menu.

In the Preferences window, select Mail & Newsgroups from the folder list in the left column.

Select “Identity” from the left column, then click on the “Choose” control button next to the Signature field.

Browse to the folder where your signature file is stored and select it. Click “Open” to link the file to the signature field.

Click “OK” to commit the change. Now you will see that the signature file is linked to your Netscape Messenger client for future message creation.

Click “OK” to commit the changes.
