Setting Up Your Outlook® Express Signatures
To add an electronic signature to your Outlook Express client system, first select the “Tools” menu and then “Options.”
|   |
Make sure that you select the Signatures tab, then click the “New” control button.
|   |
This opens the lower half of the window (the editor) where you type in the text for the signature. You have the choice of selecting a pre-designed file for the signature, or creating a new signature file right in the window. In this example, we have elected to create a new signature in the window. Type in the text as you want it to appear, then click the “Advanced” control button. |
|   |
In the advanced settings window, you can set the new signature as the default for one or more of your accounts. Place a check in the desired control boxes, then click “OK” to confirm your settings and to establish your new signature file.
